Tennis Elbow

This is the commonest elbow complaint. It is due to a strain of the muscles of the forearm at the point of their attachment to the lower end of the humerus (Arm bone) at the elbow.

Pain is felt over the outside of the elbow joint and is aggravated by lifting and holding object with the arm outstretched.

The onset is usually due to repetitive injury such as dusting, sweeping, painting or even tennis!
